Luoxiang customized aluminum door and window profiles
Application
When individual window frames need to withstand monsoon rains, desert heat, or coastal saltwater, professionals choose Luoxiang aluminum window and door profiles. We extrude 6063-T5/T6 parisons on 14 automated production lines (600-1800 tons), producing products with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.8-3.0 mm and lengths up to 6 meters. Each profile is then tempered to a T5/T6 hardness and subjected to internal surface treatments: anodizing (8-25 microns) for a scratch-resistant metallic luster; powder coating (60-120 microns) for matte, glossy, super-weather-resistant, or wood grain transfer finishes. PVDF and electrophoretic treatments are also available for coastal or industrial locations.
Our thermally insulated profiles utilize a PA66 nylon barrier layer to minimize heat transfer, significantly reducing energy costs. Luoxiang aluminum profiles are ideal for extreme climates, from the Saudi desert to tropical humid climates, eliminating condensation while blocking external noise.
We offer thousands of existing molds for sliding, casement, top-hung, folding, shutter, and curtain wall windows, and we also provide milling, drilling, and V-grooving services for hardware pre-processing. Need a custom profile? Our mold shop can deliver a new mold within 7-10 days, with initial samples available within 15 days.
