High-precision 2020 aluminum extrusion profiles
Application
At 20mm x 20mm, it's the thinnest in the 20 Series, but its 1.2mm wall thickness and 6mm T-slot accommodate standard nuts or V-groove rollers. Easily build lighter frames, folding cable ducts, or nested corners without bulky brackets.
We use 6063-T5 stock instead of recycled material. With a tensile strength of 214 MPa and a Brinell hardness of 73, it’s strong enough to thread easily without binding, yet soft enough to be drilled or milled during prototyping.
Silver anodized finish. Available in black, champagne, or clear; powder coating colors available upon request. No streaks, stains, or white corrosion.
Available lengths: 500mm, 1000mm, 2000mm, or any custom length (up to 3 meters). Profiles are factory-deburred. Need a drilled hole, countersunk hole, or a 45° bevel? Upload your file – our CNC machining center can deliver the finished product within 7-15 days.
