Our sandblasted aluminum profiles are made of high-quality 6063-T5 aluminum billets, precision extruded on 600-1800 ton presses, and then sandblasted at 50 PSI pressure to eliminate mold lines, oxidation stains and fine scratches. The final result is a uniform and consistent surface, which doubles the adhesion of the coating.
