Our custom aluminum shutters are built in coastal areas and are made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy. This aluminum alloy is extruded at a thickness of 1.2 mm, which is stronger than the common 0.8 mm imported shutters, and is then CNC grooved to achieve invisible corner welds.
